A história do Oeee Róque! de hoje não é nada diferente do que estão acostumados. Durante a semana pensando um pouquinho sobre qual vai ser a música do nosso post tão esperado... Quando de repente... BAM! A música cai direto no meu colo. E é esta:

Long Live Rock n' Roll! Um dos meus lemas de vida! Um lema que eu vou gritar e apoiar até o fim da minha vida. A música é da banda Rainbow.

O Rainbow é formado principalmente pelo falecido Ronnie James Dio e pelo eterno guitarrista do Deep Purple, Ritchie Blackmore. O Rainbow sofreu diversas trocas de integrantes e surgiu em meados da década de 70 após o conflito de Blackmore com Ian Gillan (vocalista do Deep Purple) que o fez sair e montar o projeto da melhor banda de rock de todos os tempos.

A banda do pretencioso Blackmore fez algum sucesso mas não chegou a protagonizar o cenário musical do rock nos anos 70 e 80, e não chegou nem a ser sombra do badalado Deep Purple, mesmo com a técnica apurada de Blackmore e a potência vocal do baixinho do metal, Dio.
